Home prices in San Diego 92130 saw a large increase for September 2013 

The Real Estate market in the 92130 area of San Diego County saw another large increase in the median price for both attached and detached homes sold.

The total number of home sold did see a small increase as well.  

Detached homes saw an increase in the median price in September 2013 as compared to September 2012.

  • Median Price -Detached Homes – September 2013: $1,152,500
  •  Median Price- Detached Homes – September 2012: $838,000

 

The number of detached homes sold in San Diego 92130 decreased for September 2013 after an increase the month prior.  However, YTD, the total number of homes sold is higher than in 2012

The median price of attached homes in San Diego 92130 had an increase as compared to this time last year. 

 •Median Price -Attached Homes- September 2013: $499,000

•Median Price- Attached Homes – September 2012: $410,000

The number of attached homes sold in San Diego 92130 for September 2013 increased slightly.  

  • Sold Listings of attached homes in San Diego 92130 September 2013: 21
  • Sold Listings of attached homes in San Diego 92130 September 2012: 17

The real estate market in the Carmel Valley (92130) area of San Diego seems to continue its steady upward climb.

However, with rates continuing to rise, the affordability of homes will continue to decrease.  Now is the time to pull the trigger!
