The total sales volume of homes sold in San Diego in  January 2104 increased as compared to January 2013 but declined compared to December 2013.

January saw an increase of the median home price of detached homes in San Diego CA 92130 as compared to January 2013 but decreased in comparison to December 2013.  Condos and Townhouses in Carmel Valley (San Diego CA 92130) did have a correction in the median price as compared both to the previous year as well as December 2013. Some of the decrease could be attributed to seasonal market changes. Listings of Condos and single family homes in San Diego CA 92130 are only on the market an average of 46. The number of properties being sold in Carmel Valley is holding steady compared to last month and January 2013.
