My History

I have been part of the mortgage industry  for over 26 years. My career began career as a Jr. Loan Processor in 1990 working for a large lender that specialized in FHA and VA loans, that was the genesis of my knowledge and expertise in government financing.

I moved on to fill a position as the lead processor and team lead for a joint venture between a large bank and the nation’s largest new home builders. I was then fortunate to have the opportunity to become an underwriter. The hands-on insight into the ins and outs of the decision making process has served me well to this day.

As a loan originator, my focus is the financial needs of the client. My goal is to ensure they are matched with program that will fit their situation and long term financial goals. I try to anticipate all the questions an underwriter might have.  Packaging a file correctly and addressing any issues upfront will minimize the likelihood of any problems later in the process.  I believe this is the best way to ensure a smooth transaction and a timely closing.

Through the years I have honored to earn many awards not just for production volume, but more importantly, for customer service. I believe in being directstraight forward, open and honest with all my clients and referral partners. Making sure there is always total transparency in the transaction is very important
