FHA Monthly Mortgage Insurance Premiums are schedule to increase with case numbers issued on or after April 18,2011
This increase is phase 2 of the implementation of the law passed August 2010.
The changes are as follows:
The increase in the monthly premium will mean a significant increase in a client’s payment
This means that our client will need to adjust their sales price down approximately $14,000 in order to net the same payment as they would under the current MI figures
