Figures for San Diego home prices for Jan 2015 are out…. Feb should be out any minute now!

What can we say…. OUCH!

Yes, the number of homes sold in some areas took a big hit, but then again, the median price of homes in most areas held strong or increased (check out Carmel Valley Single Family homes and Chula Vista townhomes/Condos).
