San Diego County Sales for April 2014 showed positive figures overall compared to March 2014 as well as this time last year.
A total of 2999 attached and detached homes were sold in April 2014 in San Diego County
The median price, total volume, total sold listing and average days on the market improved for both attached and detached homes sold in San Diego County April 2014. The one exception was a small dip in the number of detached homes sold as compared to April 2013, however, this did not have an affect on the overall sales volume.
