Last Friday was a noteworthy day in the lives of two first time homebuyers, both active duty members.

One of the most rewarding parts of my  job is helping first time homebuyers finance their first home.

Yes, knowing guidelines and paperwork is an essential part of role as a mortgage consultant, but I think the most important part of my  job is to help buyers, experienced or first timers, navigate through the home loan process. That process always begins with a thorough pre-approval and with setting clear and reasonable expectations.

It is this prep work that helps our closings happen faster than than the average lender.

I’m happy to say that making my clients happy is something that we not only strive for on every transaction but that we accomplish about 99% of the time.

I’m happy to share these two new reviews by two happy active duty and first time homebuyers.

However, making everyone happy is not easy, but my team and I pulled it off once again.
